Was **** by NCC skin products

My name is Ayanda Zwane, I place an order to Ncc skin products on the 02 Nov 2023 till today I haven't received my order, on the 22 of November they send me a tracking number that they knew very well that it does not exist, I wasted my time and petrol going to courier guy office with this tracking number, they told me that there's no parcel matching that number. They take time to respond on whatspp, and I know they won't refund me my money. Am so disappointed to this black owned company they are doing this to the same black people.
