Don’t deliver in time,I received wrong products and owner was rude
I got the worst service from NCC my order came after 3 month and I only received one product while I paid for 3, Wendy is rude and didn’t want to refund me,it was my first time using buying but never again.

Wendy mbatha *****ster and ****mer
I ordered my products on the 7th of may 2024 and never got my order.they keep lying that the order is coming or its on leads or something about it being processed but-never got a courier number nor track number.that lady uses nomzamo mbatha to attract customers on products she knows very well shewont deliver to us poor customers.wendy mbatha is a ****mer ****mer and *****ster *****ing peoples money.

NCC SKIN PRODUCTS ARE THE WORST!!!
The worst service ever!!! She literally blamed me for reacting towards her terrible service..she arrogant as ****!! She has no customer service un hee, she us impatient and pathetic 🙄... my last order was a mess, that time the order took three weeks, in 2024 guys!!! My name is Elizabeth and I'd run away from this lady period!

The worst service ever!!! She literally blamed me for reacting towards her terrible service..she arrogant as ****!! Pathetic Service
Pathetic service no communication with the customer none whatsoever you have to follow up weekly yo get progress and Wendy advised me my parcel will be delivered in 7 - 21 working days, in 2024 there's still businesses delivering packages in 7 - 21 days Wendy gets annoyed by customers but their communication is so bad. I ordered on 2nd May I got my parcel 27 May. I would never ever order from Wendy again even if the products were to work I'd look elsewhere. She literally sent me a voicenote shouting me because she didn't read to understand what I had said nowhere did she apologize told me I was confusing her team because i ordered on 2 platforms when I did not. I would not recommend them at all to anyone

My name is Ayanda Zwane, I place an order to Ncc skin products on the 02 Nov 2023 till today I haven't received my order, on the 22 of November they send me a tracking number that they knew very well that it does not exist, I wasted my time and petrol going to courier guy office with this tracking number, they told me that there's no parcel matching that number. They take time to respond on whatspp, and I know they won't refund me my money. Am so disappointed to this black owned company they are doing this to the same black people.

I feel disappointed and disgusted by Wendy Mbatha. Clearly she is a ****mer bought products from her on the 14th July 2023 to date I haven’t received them . Now she blocked me on WhatsApp and Instagram. Wow black business, is that how you treat your fellow black people. Paid her R1089,00, that’s hard earned money. You are a disgrace and God will deal with you. I will never follow up again but people must just be warned , this woman is a bad business person a ****mer of note

Worst service Sies
Placed order on the 19 July 2023 and today is the 17th August still not received my order. When you call the number (072) 889-4745 they will either ignore it or when they answer thy will tell you to say hi on what’s app that HI will be grey for 2 Weeks it’s a **** I’m telling you send your money and know you are donating it I’m sooooo disappointed. And their instagram page is now blank Ooooh my God .
