Refund
I placed an order for a bunny bear with scent inside and it had no scent so returned it and purchased another one with them. i returned the bear on the 01 September 2023 and till today the 21september have no confirmation that we have received the bear back or what so ever No refund . I sent them an email and the online staff have no feelings in their emails they are robotic .Stupid They told me refund will be done in the next payment cycle#annoyed how am i suppose to know what the next payment cycle for this build a bear ? They dont even have my banking details but ok we will see how they will refund .

Worst service Sies
Placed order on the 19 July 2023 and today is the 17th August still not received my order. When you call the number (072) 889-4745 they will either ignore it or when they answer thy will tell you to say hi on what’s app that HI will be grey for 2 Weeks it’s a **** I’m telling you send your money and know you are donating it I’m sooooo disappointed. And their instagram page is now blank Ooooh my God .

Purchased items on the 17July2023 and only received them on the 15 August2023 they toook A month to deliver my order Worst experience I ever had on an online service.
