Disappointed customer I got my car back worse than what I took it for which a simple major service and 4 days later I experienced issues i took it back to the branch less than 2 weeks and was told of another issue that was supposed to have been picked up/fixed in a major service.
I paid up my tracking device contract with them from 2021 to 2023 they sent me confirmation that it was paid up and cancelled in 2023 suddenly in 2025 I owed them an amount of R156 to which I paid because I dont want issues and talks now they refuse to send me my paid up letter because in the next 2years they will do the same thing again! They are ****mers and their call centre agents dont know anything and can't answer any questions
Pathetic service no communication with the customer none whatsoever you have to follow up weekly yo get progress and Wendy advised me my parcel will be delivered in 7 - 21 working days, in 2024 there's still businesses delivering packages in 7 - 21 days Wendy gets annoyed by customers but their communication is so bad. I ordered on 2nd May I got my parcel 27 May. I would never ever order from Wendy again even if the products were to work I'd look elsewhere. She literally sent me a voicenote shouting me because she didn't read to understand what I had said nowhere did she apologize told me I was confusing her team because i ordered on 2 platforms when I did not. I would not recommend them at all to anyone
Your service is absolutely **** Jean-Pierre Schnepel including all the rest, your client bumped into my car in Jan it is March and I am still waiting for a payout you, Jean-Pierre have given me a turn around time will sitting on all my paperwork everytime Mbali Khoza apologizes for your pathetic service. I don't want no apology story or anything I will make you trend for the **** service you give!
I logged a Complaint with the Port Elizabeth Greenacres branch on the 10th of January Jacques called me on the day after I had complained that j held on the line for 45mins holding on for Athi in the stock dept he Jacques promised to call me back till today I've never heard from him instead Athi called Me and asked me to whatsapp my faults and take pictures or videos of which all of that was done on the 10th of Jan to date I've been following up talking alone on whatsapp as no one is getting back to me each time I call I ask for the branch manager they transfer me and 30mins later I hang up because I am calling from my airtime their service is pure **** and no one cares I gota response to say the supplier opens after the 16/01 it is today Feb the 6th no one has ever gotten back to me I am infact again talking to myself on whatsapp they're **** beyond

PATHETIC My 24 months contract is over I've I've trying to call retentions since 12 July it just rings for hours I have to hold on and on and on to no answer from their "oh so amazing service champions" to cancel my contract then on the 12th I get an email telling me my subscription is now R1015 from R260... scam scam scam! I will not pay and I will never have that amount of money imagine in this day and age I must pay R1000 on data? What will I eat? Data? I keep calling your call centre after hours they tell me the same thing to call retentions the very same retentions that only opens at 8 closes at 5 just like any other South African I have been calling holding on like an idiot only for me to hang up hours later and now this email?? Someone should call me to tell me they are canceling this nonsense because I will never pay that money
They don't deserve a rating their service is pathetic beyond they refund me coz I cancelled within 7 days yet you debit my account. You people are thieves and very idiotic. I want my refund AGAIN, why can't you just do your job correctly?
If the rating had a minus zero I'd rated you that. Rain doesn't even deserve a 1. Worst ever, I've never come across such service agents and managers included.. **** beyond
