I have paid my fee in May 2024. It should've taken a month to get it done. Then when I followed up end of June 2024, I was informed my payment was not allocated and will send it through. Since end July I'm struggling to get any feedback. I tried the chat on the website, but it is a bot. I do not get any feedback since June 2024. I cannot call then as there is no number listed. The number I have on my phone is not working. I sent another mail last week to ask for my money back but even then no reply. This is already more than double the time to have things done, and it is still not done, without any response.
