Red flag 🚩
Even tho you report them on Hello Peter. They don't assist you or pay you back the money for their empty promises. These people are not qualified to to their work. Please don't use them. You will just lose more money by using them.

Ncra= useless
Even after I made a complaint on Hello Peter. The attitude don't change from this company. The lady send you the wrong links and make like your stupid. But she sends the wrong thing thru. The will also not supply you with their phone number address or a contract number for the manager. They play hide and seek.

🚩No people skills bad service ‼️
This company is very nice and friendly untill you make the payment. After you make the payment the consultant speaks to you like your a idiot. She can't get straight down to the point with what she needs to do in order to help you remove the red flag from your name. She will rather look for arguments with the client before she will assist you and when you ask her to tell the manager to give you a call to discuss the issue at hand. She will ignore you and block you on whatsapp and phone calls. Do not trust them!

NCRA - no feedback or updates
I have paid my fee in May 2024. It should've taken a month to get it done. Then when I followed up end of June 2024, I was informed my payment was not allocated and will send it through. Since end July I'm struggling to get any feedback. I tried the chat on the website, but it is a bot. I do not get any feedback since June 2024. I cannot call then as there is no number listed. The number I have on my phone is not working. I sent another mail last week to ask for my money back but even then no reply. This is already more than double the time to have things done, and it is still not done, without any response.

I have paid my fee in May 2024. It should've taken a month to get it done. Then when I followed up end of June 2024, I was informed my payment was not allocated and will send it through. Since end July I'm struggling to get any feedback. I tried the chat on the website, but it is a bot. I do not get any feedback since June 2024. I cannot call then as there is no number listed. I have pais them in full, in Aug 2023, they dont answer their phones, get no feedback from them, i see this morning they have take 300 again off m account , they were supouse to remove m name from dept review 3 month ago...and the best is the NCR say that there is no details from NCRA to apply for a clearance certificate...so they have just bull**** me...

Unprofessional, unorganized, unaccountable, uncontactable, this company offers a good service but as soon as you pay they stop contacting you. they got my details from ncr , i tried there contact number last week everyday and it says the number is unavailable, i paid them 15th of November already. And now they can't refer or give me someone I can enquire about the service I paid for that they haven't provided. If there is anyone who can give me some advice i who really appreciate it
