So I left a review about payfast about helping people **** innocent people, they rep**** and gave me a stupid reply about how there service works but they can't block the people who receive money from ****s.... The people who runs these ****s are untouchable because payfast doesn't seem to care about the innocent people being ****med so they are just as bad as the ****mers where is it going to end.... How do payfast know when they are using there services for human trafficking drug deals ect they don't even investigate or block the receiver account as long as they get paid I guess that the world we live in now
I am really disappointed in payfast , I requested help from them as I used their platform to make a payment and now, I can't get hold of the people I paid, the place I paid was supposed to render a service now their telephone lines are down, and they do not respond to any of my emails. I feel payfast could have done more or what they could have done is investigate who this company is and band them from using payfast services as they are using payfast to assist them in ****ming the people I would like a refund for an undelivered service they were supposed to supply ... I guess payfast is just another one of those companies that doesn't seem to care as long as they get paid you as the client is on your own and they do not care about the people who use their services.
Unprofessional, unorganized, unaccountable, uncontactable, this company offers a good service but as soon as you pay they stop contacting you. they got my details from ncr , i tried there contact number last week everyday and it says the number is unavailable, i paid them 15th of November already. And now they can't refer or give me someone I can enquire about the service I paid for that they haven't provided. If there is anyone who can give me some advice i who really appreciate it
So my debit failed it's been a week without internet after trying to paid as the money is available but they are unable to accommodate me I would have gone with a different service provider but it says I have an active fiber line with vodacom and could take up to 30 days to cancel which means I can only use another service provider when the line is officially canceled hence trying to get internet from them again I don't know if any of the people know what they are doing I spent over R200 just calling them and they never get back to me
No accountability for the lack of knowledge of there procedures on there client expense... Instead apologize for the inconvenience caused... There apology doesn't give me my money back after they couldn't give the correct info with regards of handling or informing there clients with the correct way of dealing with the clients needs....
Welcome to South Africa where the people who are supposed to be the most intelligent highest paid people are incompetent. Sars e-filing is supposed to be so easy to do your own taxes so you don't need to go into a branch to sort out your business regarding your personal income tax. If you phone the call center there isn't an agent that can answer relevant questions and apparently there isn't anyone who can be held responsible or accountable for our government tax institutions, I'm not surprised yet it doesn't reduce my frustration or my stress for a simple tax refund. I think it was designed this way so that you just give up and when you do not comply then you pay a fine....
So I applied for a fiber installation and everything was arranged... The guys was here they checked out the job told me that they just going to do a other job and I just had to move a few things around which I did and when I phoned the guys who was supposed to do the job to let them know I am ready they said they don't know if they coming back this way after they let me prepare the area it didn't even take me 5mins to accommodate them I even took a day off from work so I can be here to assist them.... They hung up on me and didn't answer the call again now I don't have any way of contacting them so now I'm spending unnecessary money trying to get in contact with them... What I am most upset with is the people doing there installation they are plain lazy and unprofessional how can they allow people like that to work for them don't they care about the service they provide or how this impact there company.... Really poor service
So I bought a Russell hobs microwave at Game promanade Mitchell's Plain last year June... I used it for 2months then when I moved its been in the box since then when I took it out of the box it had some rust inside of it... My problem is the microwave is practically brand new and was stored in its original packaging and still got damaged and now they say the guarantee doesn't cover rust but I paid for a new product and it's still under guaranty which tells me they are quick to sell you something but doesn't disclose these important facts when selling you products, now the only leg they have to stand on is my word against the sales person who sold me the product... I told the manager I don't even want my money back I would accept a voucher so that I can buy me something else. The thing that upset me the most is if I had known all the specifics I would have made an informed decision not to purchase such a unworthy product

Hi there So I updated my daughter's cell to the latest version software... After we restated the phone it's asking for a password that we never used before and we can seem to unlock the phone at all... There website is no help at all, you can't find a customer support center it's just impossible to get a hold of them or get in touch.The phone is useless at the moment I can't even restart or put the device off they should be ashamed of themselves...
