Bad & poor service
I've been trying to get hold of NCR for the past two months without any luck. I have also sent countless emails and no response, I only got automated response. I are we suppose to trust them they can't even help us with bogus credit providers.

Disappointed
They claim to remove debt review flag in 30 days and it's been almost 60 days now and I have not heard from them since. I have paid the activation fee and sent all the required documents. They don't respond to emails, I very disappointed!!!

Billing for no service
My R250 month-to-month sim card was delivered on 29th of March 2020 and it had no INTERNET/OFFLINE connection since then! I have cancelled my contract and got an SMS confirmation saying "Cancellation for SIM 1 has been scheduled for end of this month and your final payment for this SIM will be processed on your selected date next month" I have tried contacting them and they don't respond to my emails and their phones are forever on hold. All I need from Rain is a REFUND since I didn't even use the sim card!!

Device offline
I recently subscribed with Rain for a month-to-month 19 hours unlimited off-peak for any device R250. My sim card was delivered and activated on the 29/03/22 and to date I'm unable to connect to internet, I have lodged countless queries without any response from Rain. I must say I'm deeply disappointed and I'm considering cancelling my subscription.
