Absolutely fed up with the shocking service from my Internet provider service level 7. They keep on changing my device location back to my old address and because of their incompetency my laptop can't connect to the WiFi at my actual home . I've reported this multiple times , yet the same mistake keeps happening. It is beyond frustrating paying for a service that clearly can't get basic admin right. Sort your system out and start delivering the service your customers are paying for!
Even tho you report them on Hello Peter. They don't assist you or pay you back the money for their empty promises. These people are not qualified to to their work. Please don't use them. You will just lose more money by using them.
Even tho you complain on Hello Peter. These people won't contact you. They just steel your money and get away with it. I did hand them over to the NCR and I think that is where people must complain about them.
Be careful for this company. Not even the NCR get hold of them.
Even after I made a complaint on Hello Peter. The attitude don't change from this company. The lady send you the wrong links and make like your stupid. But she sends the wrong thing thru. The will also not supply you with their phone number address or a contract number for the manager. They play hide and seek.
These people don't answer calls. They don't update our banking details in the app and we can't make withdrawals. I guess the 2 pot was just a scheme to ***** our money because it is somewhere we can't get hold of anyone.
This company is very nice and friendly untill you make the payment. After you make the payment the consultant speaks to you like your a idiot. She can't get straight down to the point with what she needs to do in order to help you remove the red flag from your name. She will rather look for arguments with the client before she will assist you and when you ask her to tell the manager to give you a call to discuss the issue at hand. She will ignore you and block you on whatsapp and phone calls. Do not trust them!
This business is everything except what they are telling you. If you get a call from them. Drop the phone in their ears immediately and block them! They sell a product that is everything far from what they pretend it to be. I took them to court and won the case. The court ruled in my favour after it cost me thousands of rand because of their miss information about the scheme. After I won the case they were suppose to remove my name from debt review and almost 2 years down the line. My name still appears under debt review. They blocked me on whatsapp after the court case and ignored my emails. Now I'm asking you on Hello Peter to remove my name and the next step will be the NCR that will include all the copies of the court case to prove my point to them.
The company phone me round about middle last year. I did not really need them as I was paying all my accounts and everything was up to date at the time. The lady at forget depth made me promises wich was all false and incorrect from what really happens when you on depth review. I told her numerous times to explain the system to me. She told me that the time period of my installments will become less and that I will save a lot of money due to the interest rate that will be way less than I'm paying now to my creditors. But to top that up I'll even get the first month free and don't have to make a single payment to them and any of my creditors as a bonus to the system. The benefits from their company ( forget depth) will amazing me , she told me. Yeah it did but not the way I expected to. She worked out a payment plan after explaining the top few things to me. There was a total wich each of my creditors will receive from them from the first debit order wich goes of on my account she explained. Was all was just a lie. I clearly kept on asking her to first supply me with the period of months I will have to pay back to my accounts before I want to accept the deal in any way. She kept on telling me there is no way I'll pay my depth back for more than 3 and a half years. She also knew that my depth was only due to be done payed off after 4 years from then and I clearly told her if it's not going to be less I'm not interested in the package at all. So now she kept on telling me about all the benefits like first month free depth less per month due to the lower interest rate that you will get every month and 6 months earlier done with your payments on your accounts. That's how they operate and that is how they catch you and defraud you. Right now they pulled their magic on you they start to play with you. They keep on telling you the good news wich is far from the truth..! As I kept on asking for the periods of repayments she kept on telling me I have to sign a debit order on my account before this beautiful picture can become a reality. She promised me on her own life that I can only benefit from this and as soon as I sign the debit order she will calculate my repayments and send it thru to me to have a look at it. So as stupid as I was at the time I signed the debit order. She did send me the amounts of what I'll have to pay back a month to each of my accounts. But there where no time period on them. So I question it . She told me then it first have to go thru the court to get the final settlement but I must relax it will be exactly like the way she explained to me. I did start to get nervous I will not lie. I even made a call to my bank to ask them If they know this company and are they really a depth review company. They told me it is a depth review company. But now the deal is done and I signed the debit order I'm hooked and crooked. This is now where all the fun starts for them to make you feel like you living in hell every day. They have a new client they got hold of your money and the rights over your accounts. I kept on asking when will I know the repayment terms and I started to get ignored by forget depth. This is where the next step come in for them to try to calm an upsetting customer . They will tell you that a new agent is assigned to work with your case and they got rid of the rotten appels in the company. Wich is all just a lie. It's something they do with most clients who queries about things that just don't make sence to them. One person can only lie so many times to you before everything becomes questionable and they know it. Now here is where the first lie started that gave me and the agent a hiccup. The very first month there did go a debit order of wich was not supposed to happen according to the deal in the package she gave me. Everything is on voice recoding and I did make a query for the voice recordings and they don't want to send it to me. They say they will but they just don't do it. So I send the lady a message on watsapp and asked her about the debit order wich was not supposed to go thru. She apologized for the inconvenience and asked me to look on the bright side of things. I asked her what might that be..? She told me where you would've payed back for 3 and a half years you might only land up paying back for 3 years and 4 months due to this debit order wich went thru. I was okay with that at the time. So I left things and carry on paying them every month. In the middle of February I got a call from depth review asking me why didn't my debit order for the 26 th of February went of yet. I told them if they are feeling okay. She asked me how can I asked her that. I told her how can you expect a debit order for the 26 th of February to go thru If the time and date don't exist yet..? She was never clear on anything she told me that day. It was early February I think the 8 th . She was at work but not really at work and I was busy at work and asked her , when she knows someone who can speak to me that actually make sense she must let them phone me. I just couldn't get to understand her. She was confusing so I hung up on her I had work to do. 3 weeks back I got a sms from my bank that I'm going to loose my u account rewards because my accounts is not payed up to the review plan. That is when I noticed that my first 2 months debit order went straight to them in their own pockets and never to my accounts like I was explained. They clearly told me on the phone that they will only receive a small amount a certain percentage of what I'm paying on my accounts. I asked the bank for the statements and they only started to pay my accounts on the end of January 2 or 3 months after they started to deduct my account with the debit order and also not even making payments close to the agreement we had with the bank and forget depth. Forget depth seems to take the large chunk of the money from day 1. So I got a new agent since they swop the agents around after deals have been made in order to try to keep the clients calm. I asked the lady what is going on with my accounts and she told me that's what the lady tried to told me when I was phoned the last time but the lady that phone me spoke about a debit oreder wich must go thru on a time period wich does not exist . These people are confused and can easily confuse you as well with the day and night stories they are feeding you with. My first payment plan that was drawn up clearly stated that I'll only be paying back R2289.55 pm to my vehicle R2110.42 to the credit card and R589.33 to my revolving credit and a Total of R5 731. 64 and the rest of the remaining balance will go to them for their share in the dream. I was then suppose to pay back R4 989.30 to my creditors and the remaining balance od R742.34 will go to them each month for helping me. But now I noticed thru help from my bank that they have been under paying my accounts. January when they did start to make payments they did not come close to the amounts we all agreed on. Now they demand more money from me that I might as well pay my accounts like I use to but to get of depth review is not easy. We had a agreement on that amounts and the bank approved it every was in order and then they ( forget depth) did not pay my accounts and fall behind and demand me to pay them more money every month. For what..? So that they can steel that to..? The bank want to claim my vehicle where it use to be paid up to date and the sheriff is ten to one on his way to my house claiming my possessions. The bank told me they got a letter to collect my vehicle. All how they ( forget depth) can advise me is not to sign any forms coming from those people to claim my possessions. I asked the lady what happened to the money wich was deducted out of my account for my accounts. She told me it's for legal cost that was never explained to me in the process that they will only start to pay my accounts from the 3 rd or 4 th debit order they take from me. I was informed that even the debit order that was not supposed to go thru was paid on my accounts. This is a horrible company that will give any person sleepless nights guaranteed..! Company like this is not even supposed to exist. They lie to you just to get hold of your money for their own benefit. They don't care about their clients they don't worry thru what trauma they put you and they are not there for your needs nor protection . They mislead you from day one till the day you wake up from this night mare wich I don't know when it will end. They need to be investigated all deals needs to be listed to how they let people fall into their trap and every person should hand them over to the ncr and ombudsman man. Company like this should never even existed even the staff is not much of hrlp they all just care if they will still have a job tomorrow even if it will cost them to wreck your house apart. Dangerous people with bad intentions be advised.
Dear Sir/Madam, I'm writing to you to raise an issue about: The issue that I have experience was: Very disappointing with Miway service and the way they treat their clients. The last month I spent more than R600 on airtime to phone Miway regarding my claim. Everytime the agent is busy that is working with my claim and promise me she will phone me back but neve do so. There is also no conunity between them and the client. Everytime you speak to a different consultant and the message don't get carried over the way it should! Okay let's start with my story and what exactly happened. I was forced to use a 2 nd hand part from the s**** yard (cross member) due to the fact that the other parts are original and expensive. They told me the vehicle would be a right off if i demand a new part due to the tight budget left to repair the vehicle. So I took a day of at work to go and have a look at the 2 nd cross member. The part was still looking like new , so I decided that they may use it. I clearly asked the panelbeaters ( Great South Panelbeaters) and my insurance ( Miway ) if the other parts are original when we had the decision about the cross member. Miway replay by saying yes and the parts are very expensive and that is why we need to take the second hand part in order not to write off the vehicle. If they told me that they are going to use pirate parts. I would've told them ( Miway) to write off the vehicle. But instead they told me. There are no more room left in the budget due to the fact that the rest of the parts is brand new and original. I clearly ask that question because I was in a tight spot to make a decision to repair or to write off the vehicle. Miway even told me my retail value of R98100 on that day of the 17/08/2018. So after all the promises I gave Miway the permission to repair my vehicle and not to write it off. On Thursday 06/09/2018 5 min to 5 o'clock the assessor phone me and told me I have to come and collect my vehicleI the next day 07/09/2018. After I clearly told the insurance and the panelbeaters I need to know atleast 2 days in advance when the vehicle would be ready. Then the assessor told me. If I don't come and collect my vehicle the very next day. They will held me accountable for the storage fee over the weekend. So after a long dispute I got the assessor to inspect the vehicle. Which he was not intended to do! But he was also not willing to do so at the time I arrive at the panelbeaters. He wanted me to be there between 7 and 8 the morning. That is impossible on the short notice the distance I have to travel and a combination of the traffic. My child is only 9 years old. I can't leave her all alone in the dark before 6 in the morning at school. With all that factors in hand the assessor came to the conclusion where he will inspect my vehicle between 7 and 8 and phone me after the inspection. But the AA told me that would be like a 3 hours job to do it correctly and they will charege roughly R3200 for that. The assessor phone me at about 9 o'clock right after his inspection of an hour? That is only then when I discovered about all the pirate parts that has been used. My vehicle was supposed to be ready by Wednesday 05/09/2018 when I phoned the panelbeaters the week before. But since I demanded all the slips and proof of the work that has been done on my vehicle the previous Friday 31/08/2018 It's like everything started to slow down. No wonder why. I also told the insurance I need that information in order to do a quality control to see for myself if the work was really been done. The best part remains when the assessor phone me after 9 that Friday to come and collect my vehicle . That's when I was informed exactly what was pirate parts and what was original parts. All the body parts are pirate parts. Something they never have told me until the job has been done! I ask the assessor why did they used pirate parts. That was never discussed with me. But now the assessor assures me everything is 100% and you would not even notice the difference. He convince me it looks 100% like the original parts. Then I asked the assessor clearly do all the parts line up the why is should. And did they do all the repairs they had to do. He promised me again everything is 100% in order. He also told me once the panelbeaters are done polishing my vehicle. That it would be ready for collection it should be around 12 o'clock he replied. Hardly 2 min after me and the assessor were on the phone. The panelbeaters phones me and told me my vehicle is ready for collection. Now there is the big question did the assessor investigate the vehicle?. Was he even there? If so he would have had to investigate the vehicle in the polishing bay. That's not making sense where people are still working on the vehicle. The vehicle looks like one of those vehicles that you buy from where the bank don't even give bank financing for. The vehicle is now not even close to it's book value and the vehicle is insured for market value. Poor workmanship cheap parts. So I left my place in Pretoria to go and collect my vehicle in JHB South. I did not even enter the panelbeater shop. I just saw my vehicle from the street and noticed a lot off the problems. Wrong parts for the modul vehicleI I'm driving. As I got closer to the vehicle I saw all the gaps and the body parts that doesn't line up the way it should. Some off the dent's and scraches that have been caused by the incident have not been repaired. The left front tyre is damaged. My front loader cd player is missing!! But my vehicle is ready for collection and I will be held accountable for storage fee over the weekend. Now they told me they can repair a vehicleI with what ever they want to. Is that even possible? Do we pay insurance company's so much money every month to do whatever they want to do when we really need them? I'm very disappointed with Miway and in the meantime I'm the one to suffer without transport. It's been 10 weeks now and still counting. They are not willing to response to me or to come to a point where both parties can be happy. I don't get any communication from them. I must keep on phoning. Worthless insurance company if any body ask me.
