**** and *******s who do everything to keep money.
I give them nothing at all they where the worst agents l ever meet in my life.We rented a fifty house with lots of problems dealing with a very disrespecting and arrogant man whom happened to be one of their directors and an agent as if it was not enough until we learned that the house is sold when the electrician come to do COC.Then we moved out only to run around for our deposit that was cheated on us no more contract binding for it their way mean what they want it goes l don’t wish even to my worst enemy to experience what l saw with this company not recommending it at all…🙆🏿♀️💔💔

2 months left on my lease I am being ****med R1.5K of water usage, at Limnos Village
I give them a zero (0), the apartment i rented in Linmos village is still to date after 10 months of living there not yet been fixed, missing cabinets, swiky tiled, shaky plugs the list is endless. I have been paying a standard rate told my the agent Busi of R700 but now because i have only 2 months left on my lease she is trying to **** me saying my water usage is 1.5k, i live with my 3 kids, 16 out of 24hours nobody is home yet i owe 1.5k in water usage, rates of R800 and water levy of R40 and they refuse to investigate the jump, saying they will cut off my water. Anybody that wants to buy or rent from Ndaka will be learning a hard lesson before they move out.
