Pay flex block their payment portal and add late fees the following day, my pay is due today and I keep getting and oops error, then tomorrow I will be told that I am charged 100 more while it's their portal that doesn't work, they did that the last installment, il never use this app again, they **** people
Why are we going through this again, I am on the 649 plan yet I am getting a bill for R1, 111, why do I have to write a hello Peter for the same problem, sort out my billing for 649 so I can get connection
They can do better especially sales people, but I appreciate the quick response and overall service, my network has been better.
I switched from the R555 plan to the R650 plan, asked for a cancellation but because sales person was only interested in making a sales she did not cancel it, now i'm slapped with a bill for 1.2k and saying i should settle in order to cancel. I should pay for the bad hire rain does with *********** people who do not know the definition of Switch and Cancel. They need to do better or they will lose customers. Collections do not want to call and settle this, they do not want to listen to the recordings, no body is assist. I currently do not have network so il look for another provider for customers service is not important to them
I give them a zero (0), the apartment i rented in Linmos village is still to date after 10 months of living there not yet been fixed, missing cabinets, swiky tiled, shaky plugs the list is endless. I have been paying a standard rate told my the agent Busi of R700 but now because i have only 2 months left on my lease she is trying to **** me saying my water usage is 1.5k, i live with my 3 kids, 16 out of 24hours nobody is home yet i owe 1.5k in water usage, rates of R800 and water levy of R40 and they refuse to investigate the jump, saying they will cut off my water. Anybody that wants to buy or rent from Ndaka will be learning a hard lesson before they move out.
Zero review for game online, the online manager at the the Rosebank store just sent us on yet another escalation, over a month now with no refund or delivery, this is a pathetic service.
