Order never come

Place order and paid on 18 Nov, received tracking number via Aramex on 24 Nov, info from Aramex state parcel has not arrived in DXB (Dubai) I sent e-mail to NDBD South Africa and NDBD.com on 29 and 30 Nov to complaint and inform them, I never received any reply. Not sure if this NDBD.com is a Spam Website? Guys pls be aware!!! either bad service or SPAM. Pls don't buy any thing from this website as you might lose money like I think I lose 6209.00 ZAR for my daughter present.
