stole my money!!
What a disgusting company! Order placed in October 2017. Never received. Still awaiting refund. They refuse to refund my money in full. Will only refund half. Unacceptable. Thieves! Still awaiting feedback on refund since February.

Awaiting refund
Ordered a cellphone in October 2017. Paid R2,039 and never received. Refund of R1,000 promised In February. Unacceptable. Still awaiting response from them. Disgusting. Lost my money. Never use NDBD. Rip-off!

Awaiting refund

Daylight robbery
I made a purchase and paid for a product from NDBD on 18 January 2018. On 22 January 2018 I notified the company that I would like to cancel my order and requested a refund. The response was that they were having technical issues with the “payment gateway “, and the refund would take up to 26 working days. To date, all I have received from them are empty promises, but no sign of my money. It seems as if all the complaints about them are completely valid. DON’T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY!

NDBD defrauding customers in South Africa
Ordered Apple Iphone and paid with credit card. Received notification that product had been shipped, and that I could track shipment. However, no tracking link is provided, and all replies are computer generated. This is an elaborate scam under the NDBD logo and website. Do not order anything from them.

NDBD did not receive my order
I ordered an iPhone online at NDBD and delivery was suppose to take 6-8 days free delivery. It's now the 10th day an I have still not received my phone. I have emailed NDBD daily and they keep telling me they are waiting for a tracking nr to be generated! I am so disappointed ad this was suppose to be a gift for my daughter's birthday. I spent R3 500 on this iphone which I did not receive but they were quick to take my money! I asked to be refunded and I am still waiting for a response. I just hope I can at least get my money back.

NDBD did not receive my order

Poor Service Support and Lost Cellphone in transport
I have ordered a refurbished phone from NDBD-za with the value of R9379.00 on the 8th of Nov 2017 and paid cash for the phone on the same day as well. Aramex is their preferred courier they use for deliveries and after 2 weeks of waiting for the delivery of my phone I enquired after my phone with Richard Sparke at Aramex SA. I have been informed that the bag that contained my phone went missing on the way to SA. Due to the fact that I have not insured my phone with the supplier both parties refuse to allow me to submit a claim of the phone against either of them. This puts me in a huge predicament as this was a business phone and I am now hold liable for the payment of the phone. I find this totally unfair and feel that I have been treated quite unfairly and secondly I am a single mom that does not have this kind of money to pay out of my pocket. I will never support these companies again

Order never come
Place order and paid on 18 Nov, received tracking number via Aramex on 24 Nov, info from Aramex state parcel has not arrived in DXB (Dubai) I sent e-mail to NDBD South Africa and NDBD.com on 29 and 30 Nov to complaint and inform them, I never received any reply. Not sure if this NDBD.com is a Spam Website? Guys pls be aware!!! either bad service or SPAM. Pls don't buy any thing from this website as you might lose money like I think I lose 6209.00 ZAR for my daughter present.

Order never come
