Having had a bad experience with another online cellular retailer, I was reluctant to trust The Cell Store. However, their service, communication and delivery were first class and I received my device on time and in immaculate condition at a very good price.
I received superb service from Grant when purchasing a Reef wetsuit online. The lengths that he went to in order to find the product I was looking for were remarkable. On top of that, he gave me a very good deal. Customers seldom receive this level of service anywhere in SA.
After ordering and paying for an iPhone, Ben phoned me to say that the phone I selected had not passed their quality assessment. He offered me the choice of another phone or a refund. I opted for a refund and the money was returned to my account. The service was efficient and polite. I will use this company again.

I made a purchase and paid for a product from NDBD on 18 January 2018. On 22 January 2018 I notified the company that I would like to cancel my order and requested a refund. The response was that they were having technical issues with the “payment gateway “, and the refund would take up to 26 working days. To date, all I have received from them are empty promises, but no sign of my money. It seems as if all the complaints about them are completely valid. DON’T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY!
