Poor Service Support and Lost Cellphone in transport

I have ordered a refurbished phone from NDBD-za with the value of R9379.00 on the 8th of Nov 2017 and paid cash for the phone on the same day as well. Aramex is their preferred courier they use for deliveries and after 2 weeks of waiting for the delivery of my phone I enquired after my phone with Richard Sparke at Aramex SA. I have been informed that the bag that contained my phone went missing on the way to SA.

Due to the fact that I have not insured my phone with the supplier both parties refuse to allow me to submit a claim of the phone against either of them. This puts me in a huge predicament as this was a business phone and I am now hold liable for the payment of the phone. I find this totally unfair and feel that I have been treated quite unfairly and secondly I am a single mom that does not have this kind of money to pay out of my pocket. I will never support these companies again
