Poor service at Piza E Vino (Queenswood Gallerie)
I am an ex-diplomat and have been a loyal customer at Piza E Vino (Queenswood Gallerie) in Pretoria for three years, and have enjoyed many meals there with family and friends. Today I took three friends from the diplomatic corps for lunch, and was appalled by the poor service. The restaurant was not very busy. We ordered pesce fritti from the lunch menu, and waited for over an hour - we then approached the manager, Filip, to no avail. After another ten minutes, the meals were served, but I had to take the sauce, which should have been aioli, to Filip to taste and enquire what it was, as it tasted like plain cream. He nonchalantly disposed of the sauce in a rubbish bin and ignored me after that, without any form of reply. I would hope that you can teach your managers how to manage, and the basic protocols of running a restaurant. I am very disappointed, and hope that this was just a bad day.

Excellent service from We Buy Cars Centurion
Excellent service received last week at We Buy Cars, Midstream (Centurion). We sold a vehicle to them and received more than we expected, and then purchased an SUV for my daughter. The service was amazing! The sales executive was Ricus Boshoff - he went the extra mile to make everything easy for my daughter - I shall definitely recommend this business to all my friends and family. This type of service is difficult to find in South Africa.

NDBD defrauding customers in South Africa
Ordered Apple Iphone and paid with credit card. Received notification that product had been shipped, and that I could track shipment. However, no tracking link is provided, and all replies are computer generated. This is an elaborate scam under the NDBD logo and website. Do not order anything from them.
