Oh my word - I think I'm wasting my time leaving a review here. None of the reviews have received a response. We visited the Knysna Branch. We have lived in Knysna for 20 years and love coming to this restaurant. But our experience with the Knysna manageress last night was very sad. I asked a waiter about the possibility of having some Italian music played. He went and asked the manageress. She ignored the request. When she came to ask us if the meal was ok I asked her about the music - her response was very non chalante and she told us that they had changed the playlist to 80's music. She walked away. I didnt like her attitude - and so I approached her and asked her why she could not change the play list. She then very smuggly told me that the decision to play 80's music was a National decision and that they would get into trouble if they were caught playing Italian music. She again walked away. I was gob smacked at her indifferent attitude. So I called her back and mentioned that she could have explained that in the first place and that she could have at least apologised for the confusion. She very sarcastically apologised. If this lady continues to work at the Knysna branch I will gladly eat else where.

I had a terrible experience with e-Siyakhokha. They were extremely dishonest, constantly asking for deposits, and even restricting my account, which had over R255,000. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but they were unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I got in touch with Mrs. Faina, who took my case seriously. She helped restore my account, and I was able to withdraw everything. I’m now completely done with e-Siyakhokha and would advise others to stay away from them. If you’re in a similar situation, I recommend contacting Mrs. Faina directly at FAINASECURETEAM ___ ((@)) g_ma__" il,___c0__m.

On Tuesday, 10 December 2024, I visited your restaurant in Knysna specifically to take advantage of your advertised Monday and Tuesday special: a medium pizza with a beer or glass of wine for R129. This special was clearly promoted on your Facebook page the previous day (Monday) and is also mentioned on your website. However, upon placing my order, I was informed that the special was not available due to the festive season. I was both surprised and upset by this, as there was no indication in your adverti*****ts that the special would not apply during this period. Your staff refused to honor the promotion despite my pointing out the adverti*****t, which I believe is misleading to your customers.

I went to Piza ē Vino Lynnridge and this is by far the WORST Piza ē Vino in Pretoria. We waited for our food for more than an hour, left unattended at that. The food didn’t disappoint, it was the quality pizza that we love from Piza ē Vino generally but I was left with a bad taste in my mouth for other reasons. On my mother’s birthday, while I am highly pregnant and all I literally wanted was to order more drinks. We had to beg for service from multiple waiters and waitresses and we still didn’t get assistance. Eventually our waiter by the name Chamu came to our table, after we had to force him to attend to us and he told us that he is busy with our customers and we must to take it up with the manager he doesn’t care. That level of arrogance is astonishing, and revolting. We are paying customers as well and we all deserve to be prioritised. The training these waiters and waitresses underwent is concerning because the level of incompetence in this specific establishment is crippling and the confidence that we should take it up with the manager is what concerns me more than everything else, why are they so comfortable disrespecting paying customers? I could have walked out if it wasn’t ******* to just leave without paying the bill. We struggled to even get the bill to our table as nobody would attend to us. I have never experienced such mediocre service. The manager came to our table eventually and surprisingly professional considering my observations of how the staff members conduct themselves, but at that point I have had enough. He apologised and personally handed us our bill. I couldn’t get out of there quick enough. I always opt for the Piza ē Vino in Irene Village Mall, they understand hospitality and they are not inhumane. I stumbled across this one because it was the nearest one to us as I have recently moved to Silverlakes and being highly pregnant we didn’t want to go too far. It was the definition of WRONG TURN. It is so disheartening because the restaurant is so well presented, the manager was welcoming from upon arrival, the food is the great quality we are use to but it isn’t enough for me to ever want to go back there again, they don’t need my money. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment.

In Piza e Vino Cambrige Crossing, Paulshof: It used to be a great place, it deteriorated badly, no heating in a cold winter night, bad service, rude waiter. I ended up eating something that I did not want. I ordered a Pizza with anchovy, they did not have anchovy so I told the waiter to put salami instead (it is a cheaper ingredient), he wanted to push the price up by R25, he complained about management doing wrong things, was rude, did not take off the dishes when we finished eating so we skipped coffee and were just happy to get out of the negative vibe in this place.

Piza e vino in Eagles landing is moonlighting as mac n rib. You can only order from Mac n rib on Uber eats, paying inflated prices. Cannot place order and collect. Piza e vino prepares the Mac n rib menu for Uber eats only. If you have any issues with Mac n rib orders over Uber eats they cannot help you. An absolute *******, will not be supporting either Piza e vino or Mac n rib henceforth!
