I have received the most appalling service from Ndengeza moving company
I have received the most appalling service from Ndengeza moving company. They failed to cover my furniture in the appropriate materials required. My shelf and headboard got damaged as a result. They had said they would come back to fix the broken shelf and have not heard from them since. Everytime I call to follow up, they give me the run around. In addition, they claim to provide packing services but all they did was put all my clothes in black plastic bags. Why would I pay for packing service if I could just throw my clothes in a plastic bag? No labelling on boxes as well which made it difficult to when I had to unpack. I would not recommend using them at all.

I have received the most appalling service from Ndengeza moving company. They failed to cover my furniture in the appropriate materials required. My shelf and headboard got damaged as a result. Most appalling service from Ndengeza Moving Company
I contracted Ndengeza Moving Company to move my furniture from Pecanwood Estate to Moreleta Park on the 23rd of May 2025. The first problem was that the vehicle and the trailer that were brought to convey the furniture were not big enough to carry the said furniture. The second problem was that the company did not have the right material to protect my furniture. On some pieces of furniture some thin and inappropriate plastic was used to wrap it. The third problem was that the staff used to load the furniture did not have the necessary experience to handle it. As a result of the above-mentioned problems, my furniture was damaged despite the assurances I had been given that my furniture would be protected during transportation. In addition, two trips had to be undertaken and the quoted price increased, which defeated the purpose for appointing Ndengeza Moving Company. The owner, Mzozo Mdaki was rude and unapologetic for the damage caused to my assets. Since he has told me that his company is too small to pay for the damage caused, I have taken a decision to pursue legal action to recover my costs. I would not recommend Ndengeza Moving Company to anyone to make use of. I have also communicated my displeasure to Bark.com, the company that recommended this atrocious company known as Ndengeza.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of time. Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the unprofessional conduct I experienced during my recent interaction with your company, specifically with Mr. Mdaka. After receiving a call from Mr. Mdaka, I accepted his quote and HE scheduled a time for the service. I organized my entire day around this appointment, waking up early and ensuring everything was prepared on my end. I even sent a message an hour before our agreed time to confirm I was on my way. To my surprise, I was informed by Mr. Mdaka that he needed to reschedule at the last minute. Despite this inconvenience, I was accommodating and agreed to the rescheduled time. However, he failed to arrive once again. I had to call him later in the afternoon, and instead of offering a sincere apology or explanation, he spoke to me in another language, gave excuses, and was extremely rude. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. This lack of communication and complete disregard for professionalism not only inconvenienced me but also disrupted all the other parties involved in the move. Mr. Mdaka’s inconsiderate attitude and lack of work ethic reflect very poorly on your company. I felt treated like a lesser person, with no regard for my time or the commitment I had made. This experience was beyond disappointing. I will never use your company again, and I will be sure to advise others to avoid it as well. Such unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I strongly urge you to take this matter seriously.

Despite my reminders, the mover consistently postponed the scheduled appointment, claiming he was helping someone at the storage house. Three hours later, he finally finished, but instead of arriving as agreed, he took on another client, assuring me it would be a quick job. The cherry on top was when he told me that the more I called and tried to hold him accountable, the more time he would waste before arriving. This was the final straw, and I was forced to cancel and find an alternative moving company. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT hire this company. They prioritize maximizing profits over customer satisfaction, taking on too many clients at once and lying about their availability. Save yourself the stress and find a reputable moving company that respects your time and business.

Highly incompetent
Not recommended, please do yourself a favour and do not. Book this company. The pick up was arranged but they did not arrive as scheduled. I booked 10 days before the pick up day and texted to remind them a day before and they confirmed that all is in order. On the pick up day I called as they were 30 minutes late and hadn't notified me and they said they were running 90 minutes late, 4 Hours later they were still not here. Mr. Mdaka told me that they have another job at another house and will pick up my things in a few hours. I had to reschedule so many things because of their incompetence. I found them to be unprofessional - why double book and then not tell the waiting customer about it. I eventually cancelled their services. Quick to respond but slacking on service delivery.
