I have received the most appalling service from Ndengeza moving company

I have received the most appalling service from Ndengeza moving company. They failed to cover my furniture in the appropriate materials required. My shelf and headboard got damaged as a result. They had said they would come back to fix the broken shelf and have not heard from them since. Everytime I call to follow up, they give me the run around. In addition, they claim to provide packing services but all they did was put all my clothes in black plastic bags. Why would I pay for packing service if I could just throw my clothes in a plastic bag? No labelling on boxes as well which made it difficult to when I had to unpack. I would not recommend using them at all.
