Most appalling service from Ndengeza Moving Company

I contracted Ndengeza Moving Company to move my furniture from Pecanwood Estate to Moreleta Park on the 23rd of May 2025. The first problem was that the vehicle and the trailer that were brought to convey the furniture were not big enough to carry the said furniture. The second problem was that the company did not have the right material to protect my furniture. On some pieces of furniture some thin and inappropriate plastic was used to wrap it. The third problem was that the staff used to load the furniture did not have the necessary experience to handle it. As a result of the above-mentioned problems, my furniture was damaged despite the assurances I had been given that my furniture would be protected during transportation. In addition, two trips had to be undertaken and the quoted price increased, which defeated the purpose for appointing Ndengeza Moving Company. The owner, Mzozo Mdaki was rude and unapologetic for the damage caused to my assets. Since he has told me that his company is too small to pay for the damage caused, I have taken a decision to pursue legal action to recover my costs. I would not recommend Ndengeza Moving Company to anyone to make use of. I have also communicated my displeasure to Bark.com, the company that recommended this atrocious company known as Ndengeza.
