I would like to report Necron property management i was renting at Hammingway heights Vanderbiljpark unit 0018 and I paid deposit of 5000 . And I stayed for my duration of contract when I’m Moving out I never got my deposit. I left their flat as it was no damage nothing. I called so many people there for the refund no one helped me. Mr Iven promised to help me

We rented a flat from Necron . Paid deposit and holding fee. We constantly had to pay extra for water to Necron We finished our contract and moved out . 6 month later we still waiting for the deposit Necron blocked my email

Absolutely pathetic services, I moved out in November 2023 and have not received my deposit, i am told that Alleyroads has taken over however Alleyroads says they have not received any money from Necron, now I have to lodge a complaint to the PPRA. If we even pay 2c less will be asked for it but these people owing us a whole lot more don't give a damn. We need our deposit to use and we just sent from pillar o post.

I've lived on one of the properties managed by them for less than a year and I've already had the worst experiences. From a 2 week power outage due to court conflicts between them and Eskom, to maintenance issues being ignored. There are mice coming in from the pipes in the bathroom because of poor structural integrity. Recently, they and Alley Roads have been in conflict, leaving us tenants not knowing who is in charge, and who to pay rent to. They looked great on paper because their building is upscale and in Soweto, making it ideal for young professionals and new families. But I would not recommend staying there

Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Necron Management Property *Review:* Xoliswa here, I was staying at Hemingway Heights property unit 13 and I moved out on the 29th of August 2023 and I haven't received my deposit of R5150 and R200 for the key, I contacted them they said they are going to send me a breakdown of the deposit, Out of R5150 they are willing to refund R400 only, they are going to take R3000 for paint if I knew this before I wasn't going to occupy the flat and it is not stated anywhere in the lease agreement , R450 to clean the unit which I left spotless, R500 for the remote and I gave them their keys and the remote which I bought when I moved in, curtain rail kitchen R180, rails were all there when I left.

I cannot state how utterly *********** this ******* of a company is, their offices are never available to attend to any tenants complaints, they literally send wrong statements with incorrect figures and tell you, you were undercharged, continue to harass you to pay extra money on rent. I cannot emphasize enough how ********* necron property management is, you are looking for a rental place, do not enter into a lease agreement with these people, absolute *******.

I recently app**** for a lease at kaya lane lebowakgomo and someone from this company used my documents to apply for a credit at Nedbank. If something like this has ever happened to you please comment with your experience , I really need to get to the bottom of this.. Stay away from necron properties if you know what’s good for you, I curse the day I app**** for lease at kaya lane estates!!

I have been a tenant at Linden Lane since last July until till now. I have been experiencing a bad service and ever since. Just recently I stayed 4 days without electricity at my unit and I struggled for my issue to be resolved. It was very much inconvenience because this happened after I got paid and I had already bought groceries. I thrown almost all my food at the been, we have been eating take aways, bathing with cold water buying airtime to communicate with them and no was was even will to assist after sending many email. Not even an apology from the office like it was just normal. My monthly billing always changes and when I send a email for the amount break down now one is willing to respond. Necron properlty only cares about the monthly rental and forget about providing a good service to tenants . They forget that we also have rights as tenants. All I'm getting every month is sending latter of demand without respond to the emails that we sending as tenants. I'm really not happy with the service.
