Student Records Department at Nelson Mandela University with their false promises.

This institution is very pathetic, we have requested a sylabi on the 17th of January and they told us it will take about 4 weeks to complete. Spoke to Monique on the 26 of February and she promised to email the documents by Friday the 1st of March. Till today, and when you call the Student Records Department, they never bother to pick up the phone and it is inconveniencing the former student as he needs those credits.
