Fatty, porky spare ribs

I ordered 1kg of pork ribs , service was slow, the ribs were very fatty, tasted very porky perhaps they were not fresh ,they tasted as if they had been boiled rather than grilled ,the portion was less than their 950g and the chips were fried in old oil. There were 2 good things which I observed the person who greeted me at the front door was very friendly and the person grilling the steaks looked very professional.One more thing there was a man wearing and apron who gave me a rundown how his ribs were the best and I hated his lack of compassion and understanding. I think his ribs were awful.
