Nemtek Security Edenvale
I thought the Consumer Protection Act protected customers who return defective goods within 24 hours. Not my experience at Nemtek Edenvale. After buying numerous 9V batteries for alarm systems and gate motors from Nemtek for years I endured an extremely distressing attitude and given a run around. No email.address on invoice.

22 Aug 2025, 10:04Actually a 12v Lithium battery and talking to suppliers and electrician the battery points do come in different sizes. The staff misled me by stating that there is only one size and its industry standard.
