Nemtek World Class

We recently purchased a Nemtek item via Takealot, that keeps dogs out of flower beds. The product worked just fine, but suddenly wouldn't maintain its charge. I really didn't want to go through the whole return process with Takealot, which would require the whole set-up being dismantled. I decided to visit Nemtek's Head Office in Northriding, where I received exception service from a guy called Estiaan. He checked the system, and advised that the battery was faulty. He then replaced the battery and tested the system to ensure that it was now working.

Just a great overall experience, GOOD JOB!!
