Sharpen Your Pencil

I bought I machine from Neotronics SA in July when I bought the machine I laid down my specifics on the machine. What I got is not what I expected. I personally feel that the have no knowledge of the product that they are selling and are not totally honest with there customers and that they are selling a product to you just for the sake of selling a product. I have spend a lot of money with them for a machine that I cannot use and now have to pay someone to get it for me sorted , the assembly manual is worthless and means nothing. Neotronics SA sharpen your pencil pls .
