TT Connect and Nepic's dispute has left their customer's without internet for more than a week now with still no resolution in sight. As a customer I have been following up every day - with promises of feedback and never getting any feedback.
TT Connect has to wait for confirmation from Nepic/ ISwitch who has gone bust, to cancel me as the end customer - who by the way still has to pay my account at the end of the month even though I had no wifi for half of the month.
Just crazy that in a time where connectivity is so important you can deal with two companies who forgot why they are here in the first place.
