Quality Complaint: Faulty Packaging of Bar-One Minis

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding a bag of Nestlé Bar-One Minis I recently purchased from Woolworths. Upon opening the outer bag, I discovered that several individual mini bars were either completely empty or had been sealed incorrectly and were already open. This is utterly terrible and a major quality concern, especially as these are a favorite treat for my child. I have recorded a video clearly showing the defective packaging as I opened the bag, which I can provide for your investigation.I would appreciate it if you could investigate this batch and advise on how you intend to rectify this. I look forward to your prompt response regarding a replacement or refund.
