Nestlife Please help pay out my grandpa claim

It's painful what Nestlife is doing to my grandfather, last month he lodged a claim weeks ago he was assisted by a guy called Scelo and Maluleke this two gentlemen said his. Scelo said the claim is there it will be paid on the 22 of July 2021 but till this day we still waiting and my grandfather is old he has used all available channels still nothing is being done about his claim. Please help pay out his claim whats with the delay
