I have received the worst for of service in my life from old Mutual. This company is trashy I hate the brand as a while. I was saving with them now when I want my money I ca only get a super small amount of money they other one doesn't reflect on their side. How when you have been taking money from me. When I enquire I am told I can only get help after three days this is crazy, depressing and frustrating. Don't ever use the services of Old Mutual please

today during lunch time I bought Soulsister with two pieces and Soulman load up Hot with three cold drinks at the Chicken licken in Booyens When I reached the office I found out it was a wrong order the soulsister order was wrong I got hot wings. I have attached a copy of the Bank slip since the lady two the original customer copy after returning to the store when one of the cold drinks was not there. My brother and I were treated rudely and badly by the cambridge food Hillbrow Securities. Thy demanded to search us after buying, we try by all means to keep the Covid 19 protocols and keep safe how many people do they search then demand to search us if not we will be beaten. Our customers right are not being protected by the store. I have visited alot of Cambridge food Stores but have never been subjected to such. It's painful what Nestlife is doing to my grandfather, last month he lodged a claim weeks ago he was assisted by a guy called Scelo and Maluleke this two gentlemen said his. Scelo said the claim is there it will be paid on the 22 of July 2021 but till this day we still waiting and my grandfather is old he has used all available channels still nothing is being done about his claim. Last month we bought a Wi-Fi at home from MTN but to our surprise only the simcard was delivered at home, we then returned the simcard but that didn't stop MTN from debiting my mother, we called to say we cancelled yet you debited and we were promised tht the money would be paid back into our account. Even now the money has not yet been paid back a moth later we still received a statement for this current month yet we cancelled the Wi-Fi. Can MTNSA please pay us the money thy debited please

Takealot is now midday scammers who dont care about their customers, in February i bought Headphones from takealot and the box had nothing in it, i reported the matter with them thy said they will investigate its now a month and nothing has been reported back to me. This is my hard earned money
