NOT HOLDING PROMISES.

I have placed a order and then was informed afterwards that I will only receive it by the new year. Then I cancelled it. Because the delivery times are not as on the website. I was then informed to wait 7 days for my refund. This morning when enquiring informed that my refund was 7 December. This is impossible as I received a email on Friday 12 December saying cancelled and not refunded. ALSO no money of refund in my bank!!! Not acceptible.
