Unprofessional treatment

I wish to convey my concerns in my first experience with Dr Tlale.

I have raised this with hospital manager and was told theres nothing that can be done because of how far I am in my pregnancy

I was met with a cold demure at my first appointment at 37 weeks pregnant today, she wished to speak to me without my mother to reprimand me and the entire appointment she was rude, not receptive and as though I am wasting her time, I have also been to hello peter and the reviews are the same. I have always been excited to attend gynae appointments with my previous Doctors as I was always treated with care.

I was also not informed correctly of all the costs for this visit. I paid R1250 and was informed an extra cost will be deducted from medical aid and I had explicitly explained that I dont want to use medical aid to prevent it from lapsing.
