Worst Gyna Ever!
Worst Doctor in Waterfall Nedcare. I was warned and I ddnt listen. I am now having to be harassed by her receptionist for consultation fee I ddnt pay. I ddnt pay because I ddnt attend as I was already admitted in the same hospital due to emergency and I went for an operation..now She expected me to cancel. How do I even have the mind to cancel, evidence proof I was fighting for my life. My medical aid refused to pay Her now She is harassing me

Worst Gyna Ever!

Unprofessional treatment
I wish to convey my concerns in my first experience with Dr Tlale. I have raised this with hospital manager and was told theres nothing that can be done because of how far I am in my pregnancy I was met with a cold demure at my first appointment at 37 weeks pregnant today, she wished to speak to me without my mother to reprimand me and the entire appointment she was rude, not receptive and as though I am wasting her time, I have also been to hello peter and the reviews are the same. I have always been excited to attend gynae appointments with my previous Doctors as I was always treated with care. I was also not informed correctly of all the costs for this visit. I paid R1250 and was informed an extra cost will be deducted from medical aid and I had explicitly explained that I dont want to use medical aid to prevent it from lapsing.

I don’t recommend Dr Tlale - Netcare Waterfall
I have honestly never met such a rude doctor in my entire life. This was felt from the 1st pregnancy consultation which I dismissed some of the feelings I had and thought that perhaps she had a busy day. Dr asked whether my pregnancy was planned which I responded yes, then her response was that “how do you call this a planned pregnancy yet you hadnt taken pre vitamins nor engaged with a gynae” 😶 My 2nd consult was slight better, not great. My 3rd consultation was where I drew the line and decided to change doctors because I had asked her to explain the lancet results as I didn’t understand the medical terms. Her response was “did you not hear what I said? You were obviously not listening” then she proceeded to talk in medical jargon and I then again asked that she put it in layman terms, she continued to be reluctant and I stopped asking questions. Her reception lady is the most polite and proficient professional. She speaks so well and has such a welcoming demeanour. When I first made my appointment, I expected a great experience judging by the receptionists warmth, little did I know that the doctor was the EXACT opposite Part of the decision to stop using Dr Tlale was when I read a review stating that she threatened to walk out of theatre. Dr Tlale is not a peoples person and she needs to reposition her career and become a medical researcher or the likes, this way, she wont be patient facing

Worst experience of my life
I would never recommend Dr Tlale to anyone, especially first time moms. Dr Tlale had such a cold presence from the very beginning. She is arrogant and uncaring. She smirked at my birth plan and always seemed reluctant to answer my questions. The worst experience I had with her was during my labour. She told me that she was going to administer something to slow down my labour so that my husband could be present for the birth of our daughter. When she saw me, I was only 1 cm dilated and she told me that I would deliver my baby the next day. Almost 3 hours later I was in full active labour. I'm convinced that whatever she gave me sped up my labour because she didn't want to wait. Unfortunately my husband couldn't be at the hospital because he didn't get his COVID test results in time. I was alone and in so much pain, I thought I was going to die. The nurses wouldn't answer any of my questions or even give me a glass of water to drink. Once Dr Tlale arrived to the theatre room, she threatened to walk out of the room and leave if I did not stop screaming. I can only thank God that my labour was short. This doctor has no compassion or consideration for anyone other than herself.

The devil first born child-Disrespectful, rude and inhuman.
Disrespectful, rude and inhuman. This person should not be allowed anywhere near anyone's child. She treats clients like they're stupid and responds to question in a disrespectful manner. I would not recommend anyone to this perso, even my worst enemy. This one is the devil's first born child. Please don't trust this monster with your child's life.keep your child safe and find a doctor who's passionate and loves what they do. Dont say I didn't warn you..
