I have honestly never met such a rude doctor in my entire life. This was felt from the 1st pregnancy consultation which I dismissed some of the feelings I had and thought that perhaps she had a busy day. Dr asked whether my pregnancy was planned which I responded yes, then her response was that “how do you call this a planned pregnancy yet you hadnt taken pre vitamins nor engaged with a gynae” 😶 My 2nd consult was slight better, not great. My 3rd consultation was where I drew the line and decided to change doctors because I had asked her to explain the lancet results as I didn’t understand the medical terms. Her response was “did you not hear what I said? You were obviously not listening” then she proceeded to talk in medical jargon and I then again asked that she put it in layman terms, she continued to be reluctant and I stopped asking questions. Her reception lady is the most polite and proficient professional. She speaks so well and has such a welcoming demeanour. When I first made my appointment, I expected a great experience judging by the receptionists warmth, little did I know that the doctor was the EXACT opposite Part of the decision to stop using Dr Tlale was when I read a review stating that she threatened to walk out of theatre. Dr Tlale is not a peoples person and she needs to reposition her career and become a medical researcher or the likes, this way, she wont be patient facing
I am so dissatisfied with the service at Fourways mall for the 2nd time. This time my issue is with Simangele Masondo who wouldn’t refund me bcoz she had cashed up yet there were customers in the store. She was rude in her approach then she continued to tell me how it is late and I should’ve told the security guard that I’ll be refunding, of which my answer was that it is not written on the entrance or the till slip that you need to declareJust refunds at the entrance. She finally figured out a way to refund me but she just handed me a voucher, I told her that I did not want a voucher then she continued again and told me that I should’ve told her that I want cash. Is it not her responsibility to provide me with the refund options so that I may choose. She instructed the cashier to give me cash and she walked away without saying anything. Game has to invest in customer service training for their POS staff, supervisors and managers because the floor staff are great and always willing to help
The store claims to sell unique custom pieces but I found the exact couch at Corocraft for R10 000 less and the customer service manager tells me that I don’t know what the couch is made of and I will be charged a handling fee of R6000 whereas the store consultant had told us that the couch is in JHB
