Worst delivery company , I don’t know why SHEIN uses it , they charge an arm and a leg for duties and take time to deliver , I was told my address could not be found yet they once delivered for me . No one phoned me and yet I was stood up at home after being told my delivery was going to be delivered
I would never recommend anyone tho this inhuman doctor she is very rude , not considerate and the guts to send an sms insulting a patient
I don’t know if Uber can assist me , I forgot my passports in one of the Ubers after the trip app does not show any contact details of the driver .Of you call Uber they won’t let you speak to a consultant and I’m supposed to travel .I have since contacted support with no feedback
We had this insurance , had an accident which only damaged the tyres , they told us our car was write off and was paid R3000 after paying a car for 4 years . Zanele Masemule refused to show us assessors report . Before we even signed Agreement of loss our hat had been taken to Smd . They took ownership of our car and are refusing for us to buy back our vehicle can anyone help us . We don’t even believe it was a write off.I have a feeling they only wanted our car .I have looked for it at Smd and car is not there
Worst experience ever with Vox , I have not had wifi for 6 days .No update or anything I’m the one who has to continuously phone them . Last time I was told to phone Vuma yet I pay them every month .2 of my houses are using them definitely going to look for another service provider .

I had to wait for 1 hour 30 mins just to get my business card and do online banking. I asked to speak to the manager and she was useless. I told her im closing my account and she was more than happy to do so. Pathetic service
We bought 2 tickets at Intercity express to Pietermaritzburg at Park station for 1.15pm at 12.15 pm .We later phoned at 12.40pm to inform them them to postpone to 8pm as we could not make it since we were busy trying to get the death certificate for my sister .Whose child was also going to be travelling since she needed it .Please note we did not ask for a refund but for us to be able to be put in a bus for 8pm.They refused for us to postpone and asked us to phone head office. We spoke to Pumzile at head office who was so rude and couldn't even help us .They told us to return the tickets with no refund of which we did .Imagine stealing from kids who just lost their mother .I hope they get rich with that R340 .
