Still waiting for manual

Our pool net was installed at a time that we weren't there. Only the gardener was at home.<br> Isak did not explain to the gardener how to tighten the pool net floating device.<br> I have proceeded to email them a couple of times to ask for a manual, and phoned them to ask for instructions. I am still waiting for it. <br> Do yourself a favour and use a different company to install your net. Absolutely pointless having a sagging net because either the floating device is broken or we just don't know how to use it - because Nets for Africa doesn't have or wont share the instruction manual. <br> Unfortunately - we have already paid in full - so they clearly couldnt care less about getting back to me.
