Neat tidy and professional workmanship.
Had a net installed on the 20th Of February 2024 The installation team arrived on time, neat, tidy and professional. The full installation took about an hour and we could not be happier with the results thus far. Would highly recommend them for my experience.

Excellent servicd
I highly recommend Nets for Africa for any pool cover. The service is impeccable & products good value for money. Contacted Ian for a quote, from date of quote received to installation of cover took 4 days.

PATHETIC
Initially gave a good review but their service is pathetic. DO NOT USE THEM. A year later and my net is no longer secure its comes with a 3 year guarantee but they do not honour it. Find another company and do your self a favour.

Rip-off artists
I got these guys out two years ago to make and instal a pool cover for me. I was happy with their work. In the meantime I have repaved my pool area and asked them to reinstall the cover i.e install the plastic clips that the cover hooks into - there are 20 of them. They told me it would cost R3000 to do this. The full job last time, including the manufacture of a thick PVC cover came to just over R4000. This is daylight robbery and it's absolutely disgusting! They are clearly not interested in follow-up customer service and are just out to make a quick buck. Avoid this company at all costs.

Still waiting for manual
Our pool net was installed at a time that we weren't there. Only the gardener was at home.<br> Isak did not explain to the gardener how to tighten the pool net floating device.<br> I have proceeded to email them a couple of times to ask for a manual, and phoned them to ask for instructions. I am still waiting for it. <br> Do yourself a favour and use a different company to install your net. Absolutely pointless having a sagging net because either the floating device is broken or we just don't know how to use it - because Nets for Africa doesn't have or wont share the instruction manual. <br> Unfortunately - we have already paid in full - so they clearly couldnt care less about getting back to me.
