They deduct unauthorized debit orders and ignore all calls to resolve this! My son needed to join a gym. Planet Fitness made him sign a contract after they gave him the impression the first 3 months are free (trial period) and only thereafter, if he continues going to the gym the contract will kick in. Before the “trial” was up he moved to another province. He never knew he signed a contract as they misled him. They kept on deducting amounts from his account. I then cancelled the contract in writing, gave a calendar’s months notice in writing and paid the settlement amount. This was done in 05/2025. However they deducted a fee again in 12/2025. I tried phoning them to resolve this but the staff are so rude! Stay away from Planet Fitness as they mislead students!!!!!!!!
Outsurance deducted an unauthorized debit order from my account. I did ask them to refund and correct it but they just don’t. Still waiting…. #BlackFriday
I always order my pet’s products online as it is more convenient. But i passed the Verdi branch and decided to have a look at items that’s on sale and to get some items that i needed. What a lovely experience! Swelihle went out of his way to assist me and i bought a nice big bed for my Rottie, deworming, protexin, toothpaste etc. Both Swelihle & Nonjabulo are friendly, helpfull, professional and they have excellent product knowledge. As from now, i will get all my pets food etc at the Verdi branch as it was such a nice shopping experience! I can highly recommend them. Thank you guys⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve placed an order on the 12/06, only one item was delivered. I have requested numerous times for the rest of the items to be cancelled and refunded as i had to purchase the products elsewhere. TAL is ignoring the request and is delivering 1 item at a time (received 2 more from original order, 5 oustanding) which is frustrating as i have to put everything on hold to receive delivery. Totally unacceptable!!!!!!!
RAM was supposed to deliver a parcel for a 60th birthday, that is this weekend, today (Thursday). I’ve received a message to say they are on their way. I waited outside to receive my parcel as i have a baby sleeping and did not want the bell to wake her. They never showed. When i got back inside i got 2 missed calls on my phone (obviously they just gave me missed calls) and then a message from them that delivery was unsuccessful as they couldn’t reach me ( i was unavailable?). The parcel will now only be delivered on Monday. I mean really! Will never use them or recommend them to anybody. Terrible service!!!!
I have money in my wallet that i cannot get refunded or use for purchases as my contact details changed and you can not update it yourself on the site, need to go through PP to change it. I’ve requested this numerous times and it is still not updated. I made an online purchase and couldn’t use PP for a payment option or use the the money in my wallet as my cell has not been updated as yet! I will not use PP again. Very disappointed !
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!!! Order placed the 13/12, was supposed to be delivered 16/12, was not. Then 19/12, not delivered. Online whatsapp is clueless, was told my order was delivered, phoned customer service was told order is with courier. Phoned courier was told they can only deliver on 21/12 as order was not ready for collection at Makro.
Can highly recommend Platinum repairs! Repaired my iPad at a affordable cost. The staff are extremely helpfull, friendly and go out of their way to assist. Will give the team 10 ⭐️.
I’ve taken out a funeral plan with Old Mutual. Never received any policy documents. They claim you can cancel the policy within 31 days after receiving the policy documents and all premiums will be paid back. I’ve cancelled as i’ve not received any documents. They just shrug their shoulders, not their problem, refusing to pay back my premiums. First email to cancel was on 03/05, they still deduct a premium 01/06. Useless!
