This was my first, and certainly my last, experience with Platinum Repairs. I requested a quote on behalf of a client to repair three laptops. After sending an email, I received a response the following day, to which I rep**** with all the required details but then communication stopped. I had to follow up with a phone call to arrange the booking. Even then, my request to confirm the appointment with the technician (via email) was ignored. On the morning the technician was scheduled to arrive, nobody showed up. When I phoned to check if they were running late, I was told the technician was busy with another client and would only be able to assist three hours later despite my confirmed booking. What’s worse is that there was no effort to contact me or my client to inform us of the delay or cancellation. This level of service is extremely unprofessional, and I will never recommend Platinum Repairs to my insurers or any of my clients.

I had my device repaired at Platinum Repairs, and I can confidently say the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. I will be recommending Platinum Repairs to all my friends, family, and colleagues without hesitation.

I've been a loyal customer for the past seven years, and until recently, their service was great. However, my last three repair experiences have been terrible. First, I took my iPhone and MacBook in for battery replacements. When I got them back, it felt like the batteries hadn’t been changed at all—the iPhone even started overheating. Then, last week, I sent in my daughter's iPad for a screen repair. When it was returned, the screen distorted text while typing, and it wasn’t charging properly. I took it back, only to be told that I had damaged the charging port myself and that the iPad was now beyond repair. I can tolerate poor workmanship, but what honestly frustrated me was being accused of dishonesty. A clear pattern is emerging—devices go in for repairs and come out worse than before.

My phone has been in for repairs twice by platinum repairs. Their team is effective in their service and very helpful. Their administrative team is also very pleasant to deal with and update you on every step of the process. Thank you!

Worst service ever. My rear glass broke on my iPhone 13 Pro. OUTsurance insisted that platinum repairs do the repair work. I was told that they would replace my outer casing and front screen. It came back and inly the back glass was replace. Sent it back to replace the rest. Ever since my phone came back from them, it overheats while on charge. I have all the screen shots as evidence. Platinum repairs do not want to take accountability for it. My camera has now stopped working. I need my camera to do my daily job. Now it’s inconveniencing me and can’t do my job properly. Please guys, stay away from them. Worst people ever.

Thank you Platinum repairs for an excellent service. I took my phone in for an assessment, Bradley and Keegan did an amazing job explaining the process and communicating every necessary detail. Janine has offered great communication and follow ups. I appreciate the good service and quality workmanship.

It’s 67 days since i submitted a claim with Naked insurance and they took my device to this company for repairs till today I have not received my laptop back, last week they sent me an email saying the parts they had ordered have not arrived. I have bought to items overseas and they have arrived where are they buying where it takes over a month for parts to arrive. Very poor service and communication
