I have requested to change my number and email adress. I called to be told to send a email. I sent a email and after a days wait, requested a AFFIDAVIT requesting to change my information. I have done so and sent it. I have been struggling 4 weeks to receive feedback and to change my information.
I’m a independent short term insurance broker and I have the great pleasure to work with Sharlene and Marco. They always make a plan to assist me even if it’s 5 in the morning. They help me keep my clients happy with their premium rates and they always go the extra mile to make sure the client is happy with their coverage.
This was my first, and certainly my last, experience with Platinum Repairs. I requested a quote on behalf of a client to repair three laptops. After sending an email, I received a response the following day, to which I rep**** with all the required details but then communication stopped. I had to follow up with a phone call to arrange the booking. Even then, my request to confirm the appointment with the technician (via email) was ignored. On the morning the technician was scheduled to arrive, nobody showed up. When I phoned to check if they were running late, I was told the technician was busy with another client and would only be able to assist three hours later despite my confirmed booking. What’s worse is that there was no effort to contact me or my client to inform us of the delay or cancellation. This level of service is extremely unprofessional, and I will never recommend Platinum Repairs to my insurers or any of my clients.
Gorogang Riba went that extra step for me to get a great price for one of my clients, very friendly and very happy to help.
