Worst property group award of the century goes to Ne****er (Worsteater) Properties

Terrible residential property group!!! If you want to rent an apartment from this property group then brace yourself for the following: tenant noise complaints are not considered a priority for Ne****er Properties. If you are to send an email addressing a noise complaint Matthew will not acknowledge the receipt of the email and if you are in luck you will receive a very bland and dismissive templated response stating they will take the issue up with the tenant. What for it! Matthew will also advise that in future you as a complainer should supply video evidence of where the noise is coming from. Secondly they don’t even have a penalty fee system to fine tenants for breaking the rules. Oh, you will also be told to report any noise related issue to the on-site complex security who will not even take your complaint seriously. Nor will they address the aggressor. Be warned: the owner of the property group is unwilling to serve final notice letters to the tenants who are causing havoc as he states that the termination of lease agreements from the property group will result in a loss of income for him/the business. If you feel up to paying rent and being treated unfairly then this is the property group for you, Ne****er Properties!
