Ne****er property - Maple Mews
Avoid this dump at all costs. The people running it are rude, unprofessional, and straight-up ******. If the security guards or Neighbours don’t like you, expect harassment and bogus eviction threats. When that doesn’t work, they’ll play the “owner says so” card. If that fails too, I am sure they will start saying the " dogs and cats " yes, really. The place is disgusting Mould everywhere thanks to the damp, filthy exterior. There's a giant cellphone tower nearby blasting radiation 24/7. The building looks like it hasn’t seen a coat of paint in a decade. Zero amenities. Nothing. You’ll get slapped with R5000+ in “extra” water and electricity charges, even if you barely use anything. Their billing system? A joke. Never updates, and when it finally does, they’ll still act like you owe them because “owners,” “pets,” or “security” or whatever excuse they’re pulling out that week. A total ****. Don't waste your time or money. The housing tribunal considers this as harassment as we have diligently paid RENT every month.

Bad treatment from Ne****er properties
I moved in Ne****er property the name of the Complex is Fashion News in Ferndale Randburg. It's a new complex I was treated very bad by ne****er security together with their supervisor . If you report to the offices of Network water they takesides with the Security. At the offices they do not know how to talk to people,even their staff they complain about Mague who is rude to people even to the staff. Its a new complex but the treatment that I got from that complex was bad. They must delete my email from their mailing list am no longer staying there hence they send me an email about the kids tht are messing the garden.

Bad treatment from Ne****er properties
I moved in Ne****er property the name of the Complex is Fashion News in Ferndale Randburg. It's a new complex I was treated very bad by ne****er security together with their supervisor . If you report to the offices of Network water they takesides with the Security. Worst property group award of the century goes to Ne****er (Worsteater) Properties
Terrible residential property group!!! If you want to rent an apartment from this property group then brace yourself for the following: tenant noise complaints are not considered a priority for Ne****er Properties. If you are to send an email addressing a noise complaint Matthew will not acknowledge the receipt of the email and if you are in luck you will receive a very bland and dismissive templated response stating they will take the issue up with the tenant. What for it! Matthew will also advise that in future you as a complainer should supply video evidence of where the noise is coming from. Secondly they don’t even have a penalty fee system to fine tenants for breaking the rules. Oh, you will also be told to report any noise related issue to the on-site complex security who will not even take your complaint seriously. Nor will they address the aggressor. Be warned: the owner of the property group is unwilling to serve final notice letters to the tenants who are causing havoc as he states that the termination of lease agreements from the property group will result in a loss of income for him/the business. If you feel up to paying rent and being treated unfairly then this is the property group for you, Ne****er Properties!

Exceptionally Poor Service - Water
<p>Today the 29/09/2016 upon arriving for work at Ne****er Properties we were advised that there is no water to the entire office park due to the council cutting the water. We asked what they were going to do about providing toilet facilities for the office park we were told nothing. It is not their responsibility to provide water or facilitites if the council turns off the water. </p> <p>Annie said that we can google where we can find water in the streets.</p> <p>How can the body corporate of an entire office park state that it is not their problem that the water is off and they will not be doing anything about it.</p>

Fantastic Maintenance and Service
There are so many property agents that are really awful, I just wanted to say that Netwater Properties are worth their weight in gold. Maintenance issues are resolved speedily and properly. Never have to follow up on a single instance. I email Annie and usually before I even have her emailed response (the same day), Isaac and the guys are there fixing the issue, whether it is a light bulb or the aircon that has blown up! <br> <br> I can recommend them to any businesses out there!
