Midnight calls to wrong number
Please can you get someone to call me to remove my number from your database. I have had many calls well after midnight for monitoring responses. I am NOT a Chubb customer. I have now requested my number to be removed from your systems 10 times. <br> <br> When I called today as I received ANOTHER call at 1:19 this morning, I got cut off.<br> <br> I would like this resolved TODAY please. This is very disruptive to my sleep patterns.

Toothpaste tube not sealed
I bought the new salt toothpaste which I love, naturally I bought another one when it was finished. The second tube was open at the base and all of the toothpaste was dry. I wrote a complaint on their site, they haven't even bothered to respond. A month later. Disgusting customer service.

Fantastic Maintenance and Service
There are so many property agents that are really awful, I just wanted to say that Netwater Properties are worth their weight in gold. Maintenance issues are resolved speedily and properly. Never have to follow up on a single instance. I email Annie and usually before I even have her emailed response (the same day), Isaac and the guys are there fixing the issue, whether it is a light bulb or the aircon that has blown up! <br> <br> I can recommend them to any businesses out there!
