Car insurance keeps going up no matter what I do to keep it low . I call every November . It only goes down by R100 and goes up again by R200 within months . I have never claimed in 3yrs . Still the amount goes up . They claim inflation and car parts being expensive but a 3year old picanto is barely breaking the bank for anyone . The car value itself has depreciated but my premium cost seem to grown in value . I think they are ripping me off based on several criteria and also because I’m a women. Can’t wait to move .
Avoid this dump at all costs. The people running it are rude, unprofessional, and straight-up ******. If the security guards or Neighbours don’t like you, expect harassment and bogus eviction threats. When that doesn’t work, they’ll play the “owner says so” card. If that fails too, I am sure they will start saying the " dogs and cats " yes, really. The place is disgusting Mould everywhere thanks to the damp, filthy exterior. There's a giant cellphone tower nearby blasting radiation 24/7. The building looks like it hasn’t seen a coat of paint in a decade. Zero amenities. Nothing. You’ll get slapped with R5000+ in “extra” water and electricity charges, even if you barely use anything. Their billing system? A joke. Never updates, and when it finally does, they’ll still act like you owe them because “owners,” “pets,” or “security” or whatever excuse they’re pulling out that week. A total ****. Don't waste your time or money. The housing tribunal considers this as harassment as we have diligently paid RENT every month.
Service fee , April - R210 , May R240 , June - R270 . That means July will be R300 and August will be R330 and September R370 October R410 . This is ***** , How can a service fee increase by R40+ every month ?
This company falsely advertises a 24/7 call center, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. When you try to call after 18:00, you’re met with a looped voice recording that gives you menu options — but none of the options actually work. You’re stuck in an endless cycle, unable to get through to anyone. Ironically, even during the call, they continue to claim their services are available 24/7. To make matters worse, I called on the 12th of June and spoke to two extremely unprofessional and rude call center agents — Patricia and Ahmed. It was clear they were either poorly trained or just completely uninterested in helping. Ahmed confidently told me I wasn't covered for a specialist consultation — without even checking my policy. Patricia, on the other hand, couldn’t provide any basic information without my policy number. Is it really necessary to have my policy details just to confirm that a referral is needed for a specialist? The lack of consistency, knowledge, and basic courtesy is shocking. If you're considering this company, be warned — the customer service is unacceptable, and their promises about coverage and support are misleading at best
