Debt sold to them, doubled in cost, Whatsapp agent is unresponsive and they are sending an agent to visit me but not giving me any details about it.

Extremely unhelpful. Whatsapp agent is pretty much useless. I want communications on whatsapp or email because I need proof of this stuff that I am agreeing too and they are so reluctant to do that.

My debt got sold to them and basically doubled in cost. They want all my bank info and debit order info before even discussing a payment arrangement, which is beyond crazy and absurd. How can I agree to a debit order if we have not discussed terms....

Got an sms saying an agent will visit me, asked on whatsapp, where, time, any other details and if they are still coming - whatsapp agent is useless and ignoring those messages but replying to everything else.

Got another sms that my account qualifies for a discount, whatsapp agent tells me my account type does not get any discounts and just set a settlement letter.....No further discussions at all.
