Worst/Terrible customer service
I cannot belive that we still have companies that lacks customer service here in SA like this one,Its beyond terrible.I signed up on Monday as new customer, First no acknowledgement of my application, I had to call late to get the order processed. Since then no one has contacted me for installation, They are quite and unbothered. sent email no response, try calling, Its always there is no any consultant on the line. Since when do we have to beg to get services that we are gonna pay for.I dont understand why my area replaced Linteg with this useless company.I haven,t even started using their services but already unhappy and annoyed. Whats so difficult with doing an installation. Since Monday, A ship that departed from China the end of the world arrived in SA and drove back and arrived back in China,they cannot do an installation here in Fleurhof for 1 house or schedule an installation appointment. With such frustrations, I am sure support and maintenance is more than terrible for their clients. They do not care and they seem very relaxed and unbothered. Its either they do not know what they are doing or incompetence at its worst.Can’t deal with nosense, Im just going to opt for alternatives.I was with Linteg and their customer service was far way better than chancers. Very Annoyed.
