I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Neuberg Global. I have been attempting to retrieve an invoice dating back to the beginning of November, but despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive any response or the requested invoice.
It is now December, and I am frustrated by the lack of communication and the failure to fulfill a basic request. This delay is causing significant inconvenience and is unacceptable for a company that should be prioritizing customer service.
I expect immediate action to be taken to resolve this matter and for the invoice to be sent without further delay. I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution of this issue.
