New Era Creations Scam!

I paid for a built in service from this company after months of delay which were communicated and understood on both sides they turned around and said they don't think they can offer the service and then said they will refund my entire amount paid to turn around and say they can't pay me back the full amount and then having to struggle to contact them. I write emails to which I have to follow up over and over before I get a reply. Totally no transparency or integrity worst service I've ever experienced. I've even had to get legal assistance because of their service and lack of accountability. Would not recommend this business to anyone EVER!!!
