Thank you for the great services.
Before I even decided to purchase from this business. I was very much aware of the negative stories but I gave it a shot because everyone deserves a second chance. To my amu*****t. The communication was constant, the delivery was on time. And the product was pleasing. As a business person myself. I have been down this road before and I have offered to help and mentor her.

Nondumiso Maseko owner of New Era Creations is a scammer
Nondimiso Maseko owner of New era creations, after paying a deposit she changed offices (the address on cipc isn't her business address) and gives me an excuse every time I want to come and see the progress on my furniture, no pictures sent but claims to have started. I am in conversation with someone she scmed who's taken the legal route cause he's ordered last year March and still no product. When he asks for his money he's told the buseness is bankrupt

New Era Creations Scam!
I paid for a built in service from this company after months of delay which were communicated and understood on both sides they turned around and said they don't think they can offer the service and then said they will refund my entire amount paid to turn around and say they can't pay me back the full amount and then having to struggle to contact them. I write emails to which I have to follow up over and over before I get a reply. Totally no transparency or integrity worst service I've ever experienced. I've even had to get legal assistance because of their service and lack of accountability. Would not recommend this business to anyone EVER!!!
