Economy Car Rentals charged me for a non-existant car. When I went to collect it from their partner it was unavailable and yet they are refusing to refund me. They charge you and confirm availability before double checking. Hire a vehicle directly from the car hire company. These guys are ******.
They were great when they opened the Telkom account. I requested that they change my spend limit to 0.00, they did then changed it back to R500 without my consent. So i asked that the account be cancelled. They are giving me a run around and claiming that now cause i want to cancel I have to do so myself and contact Telkom directly. The reason i used DSL to begin with was to avoid having to deal with Telkom due to their known appalling customer service record. I do not recommend Telkom or DSL. It is a mission to cancel.
I encountered a pathetic service at the Johannesburg OR Tambo airport. The check-in staff member was hostile and intentionally indictment whilst making a joke about missing my flight. I emailed Qatar to complain about the ********** service I received but never received a response.
These are ****mers. I canceled an order before it was even shipped and they charged a 15% cancelation fee. 2 weeks later they are still processing my refund.
I partially understand why they take 10 days to deliver a parcel but to take over a week to collect is intentional poor customer service. They use low end courier companies who don't follow the schedule when they do have a schedule where you can track your parcel. You must stay at home until your parcel arrives cause you never know when it'll arrive. Very inconveniencing
We bought a car 1 month ago at Burchmore's Durban live auction and were promised the logbook would be courierd. To date it hasn't come. They don't respond to emails nor take calls.
Such appalling service. I paid for an online order over a week ago and followed up days after via email. They chose to ignore my email. I'm now chasing after them on whatsapp and they keep giving me vague answers with regards to delivering my item. I've opted to cancel the purchase and asked for a refund, they're now saying they aren't finance so they can't confirm when I'll receive my refund. This is why they've hidden 'reviews' on their Facebook page.
10 days ago I received an email that my parcel would be shipped during the course of the week. The email contained no tracking number or estimated date of delivery. 2 days ago I sent a follow up email and asked for a tracking number and was told I'd receive the parcel during the course of the day, still no tracking number was provided. I am still waiting. Not relieble
Nondimiso Maseko owner of New era creations, after paying a deposit she changed offices (the address on cipc isn't her business address) and gives me an excuse every time I want to come and see the progress on my furniture, no pictures sent but claims to have started. I am in conversation with someone she scmed who's taken the legal route cause he's ordered last year March and still no product. When he asks for his money he's told the buseness is bankrupt
If you want something done by Absa you must push and complain on public platforms first. *sigh* For over a month I've been begging them to change my vehicle finance debit order banking details. They simply ignore the email and call requests. Just now the debit order will bounce and my credit record will be negatively impacted.
